CONSIDERATIONS: In consideration of participation in the MasterCard® Event TapInto: SXSW Live on March, 16 2012, I agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless MasterCard, its respective officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns and agents (collectively “MasterCard”) from any and all claims, losses or liability for any injury to me or any person or property arising out of, or in any way connected with participation in this Event.  

I further grant my consent and permission to use my name, voice, likeness, photo any pictures, video, or sound taken of me (collectively “Images’), in whole or in part,  during the Event in any and all MasterCard promotional and advertising materials or publications on the internet or through any medium throughout the world, in perpetuity, including without limitation on MasterCard’s Facebook page.   I understand and agree that there is no compensation (including without limitation upfront payments, royalties, or licensing fees)  in any form for the use of such Images, I agree that I will make no claims or requests, in any form, for any reason, for compensation to MasterCard.   I agree that all Images related to the Event become property of MasterCard and MasterCard may copyright materials containing my Images.  

I hereby warrant that I am over 21 years of age or I am the parent or legal guardian of the person the Images who is under the age of 21 and have full power and authority to grant all authorizations and rights conveyed herein.  I agree that this agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.
